My stay at this hotel was a bit confusing at first due to a misunderstanding about a policy, but the room itself was very clean and tidied up daily. The location on Lombard Street was convenient, and the breakfast was served over the internal courtyard and corridor.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were comfortable with kitchenette facilities, making it convenient for exploring the Marina District and visiting my daughter who lives nearby. However, the location, although decent for cruising the wharf, was a bit far from Fisherman's Wharf, which might be a drawback for some. On the downside, there were some questionable practices regarding a smoking policy that left a shady impression during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, though they faced other buildings, and having a safe was convenient. The service was friendly and informative, making my experience even better. The location was excellent for exploring San Francisco, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities.
